Aunt Rylee!

Rylee came to meet Ava this past weekend!



Josh had his first tennis tournament on Saturday
and he did great!

Rylee went fishing in the lake with Josh and took him to Bass Pro Shops for a little birthday shopping :)




***  We did not let Josh color his hair orange - not sure why it came out like this.  Probably has something to do with all of the green in this picture :)

One

This weekend was Ava's one month birthday
and our one year anniversary!


Lately she is awake and alert much more during the day and is still sleeping well at night.


I was hoping to get some pictures while she was awake,
but it didn't work out :)


I was also hoping to take and share a picture of Matt and I on our anniversary - but I am still in pajamas and I'm pretty sure he is currently wearing red gym shorts with a bright orange tshirt.

Auntie Sara!

Sara came to visit us for a few days this week!  While her Spring Break in Florida wasn't as eventful as in years past, I'm so happy she was able to meet Ava and so thankful for all of her help!


She brought Ava this cute dress :)



We celebrated my birthday while she was in town and she made me yummy brownies :)

First Week Photos

Here are some pictures from Ava's first week!




We took this Wednesday morning after she was born and after we all got a few hours of sleep!


Matt went into work on Thursday and had a balloon sent to Ava at the hospital :)

Grandma Lo!

Originally, my mom was going to wait until I went into labor to book her flight.  As my due date arrived, and there was no baby, she went ahead and purchased a ticket for the following Tuesday night.  We could not have asked for better timing.  Her flight got in at 8:30 that night, and by 11:00 we were headed to the hospital! 


I am so thankful for all of her help in the hospital and at home and am so happy that she was able to spend an entire week with Ava. It was hard to say goodbye :( 


Ava loves her Grandma Lo so much already!


Before she left, she read Ava her first book :)
