Thanksgiving in Tennessee

We went to Tennessee for Thanksgiving this year and had a wonderful time! We had a few hiccups with our airplane travels, but are so thankful that we were able to

spend time with family.

We walked around the Opryland Hotel one night.

The lights and decorations were awesome!

It was a very relaxing few days...

Aunt Sara even let Ava open some Christmas presents :)

Thanks Rylee and Darrin - we had a great time!

Go Raiders!

My dad sent a Halloween package that arrived on Halloween with treats for everyone and a Raiders headband for Ava!

Punkin's in a Pumpkin!

Matt and Ava went to the farmer's market a few Saturdays ago while I was studying and stopped by a nearby church to get some pumpkins! He got this big one and then carved the inside out for Ava to sit in!

She thought it was kinda fun,

then kinda boring,

then kinda scary when she fell in!

It kept her occupied for awhile and for once we didn't have to worry about her getting away :)

First Trip To The Park!

Saturday night we had beautiful, breezy weather and decided to take a walk down to our

clubhouse to check out the park.

Ava didn't know what to think at first (who does that sound like?!?) but warmed up after a bit!

So much fun - we can't wait to go back!!
