2012 was full of so many emotions for me. I experienced loss and love (all within 24 hours actually) - and both to a degree that I had never felt before. Our family has gone through many changes this year, and as I reflect today I am thankful for my life and optimistic for 2013!
A year ago from this past Sunday we closed on our house, and have loved making our house our home in 2012. We welcomed Ava in March and enjoyed our family visitors in the following months. We traveled to Indiana in July, Tennessee in November, and drove to Tampa for a few days over Christmas. We appreciate all the love that everyone has shown Ava and have enjoyed celebrating all of her "firsts" throughout the year.
My goals for the new year are to slow down and relax (I'm sure Matt is happy to hear this)! Now that I'm done with school I'm hoping to do more things that I want to do, and enjoy and be present in every moment.
We wish everyone a wonderful 2013!!
Happy New Year!
