A Sweet Beginning

I read 10 books this summer and loved them all!  I read the newest Emily Giffin book that came out this summer and the new Elin Hilderbrand book.  I also read a few Emily Liebert books and they were so good.  I had read one before so tried the others and loved them.  The Royal We was interesting and I pretended that I was reading about William and Kate the whole time :)

It's back to work tomorrow which means less time to read, but what a fun and relaxing summer!

We have had a great summer break!  Ava and I have been catching up on a lot of doctor appointments and spend a lot of time in the pool.  We have enjoyed some indoor fun at Gymnastics World and Sky Zone.

Ava loves to play with her dolls and ponies in the pool.  She lined them all up and asked me to send their picture to Gwamma, Holland, and Lucy.

Lately Ava is obsessed with Legos.  Matt always helps her put them together :)

Last week Ava and I went to see Pan at the theater.  I showed her the trailer before and she chose that movie but kept asking when "the mateys" or "Jake" would show up.  She did really well but said it was a little scary so when we got home we watched Peter Pan :)

We have a short summer home together this year so we are making the most with games, activities, and lots of cuddles and naps with Brady.
